Q:  Where is the store based?

A:  Los Angeles County, CA USA

Q:  What is this store's return and exchange policy?

A:  All sales are final and nonrefundable. If, however, you received a damaged item, please let me know!

Q:  Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

A:  At the moment, we are accepting orders within the United States (US) only. I will update this site once world wide shipping opens up.

Q:  How are my orders packaged and when can I expect to receive them?

A:  In most cases, orders will be sent in a rigid mailer. However, to save on costs, there is an option for stickers-only orders under $15 to be sent via regular Kraft envelope (w/card). Additionally, all art prints are packaged in a sealed plastic bag with an additional cardboard backing to prevent bending. If there are multiple items within one order, all items will be wrapped together for added support. Expect orders to be shipped within 2-10 days from receipt of payment.

Q:  Can I get free shipping?

A:  Yes! Currently there are 2 different options that are eligible for free shipping:

 

1. Free shipping is currently available for ALL orders over $35 (excluding tax).

2. Free shipping is also available on small items only orders of $15 or more. This includes stickers, greeting cards, and 5"x7" art prints.
